Size: Tubers typically range from 30 cm – 80 cm in length and 4 cm – 8 cm in diameter. Average weight per tuber: 1.5 kg – 5 kg.
Color:
Outer skin: Brown, rough-textured.
Inner flesh: White to cream, depending on variety.
Taste:
• Sweet cassava: Mild, starchy, slightly nutty flavor (suitable for direct consumption after cooking).
• Bitter cassava: Higher starch content, ideal for industrial processing into flour, starch, ethanol, and animal feed.

Export grade: Class A (free from pests, rot, excessive fibrous roots, and mechanical damage).

Bulk packaging available in FCL (20ft / 40ft containers), lined with protective sheets to maintain freshness.

Shelf Life:

20ft container: Approx. 18–20 MT (depending on product type and packaging).
40ft container: Approx. 27–28 MT.
