AGEB - Alleppy Green Extra Bold Cardamom

Bold Green Color Bulb of 7-8mm width. Oil Density of greater than 435g/l. Best Suited for the Middle Eastern Market. Single Grade- AGEB. 

AGB - Alleppey Green Bold Cardamom

Color Varies from Bold Green to Lighter Green. Diameter of Bulb Ranges from 6-8mm. Oil Density of 415 g/l. Best Suited for Markets That Use Oil and Whole Cardamom. Single Grade – AGB.  Uniform Size Can be Offered depending on Order.

AGS - Alleppey Green Superior Cardamom

Light Green to Brownish Color Bold with Diameter Between 5-7.5mm. Best Seed Density. Oil Density of Between 385-330 g/l. Grades – AGS1; AGS 2; AGS 3

Versatile use from Oil to Powder and Even as Whole Spice.

• Cardamom possesses the following medicinal properties, among others: antiseptic (pulmonary), antispasmodic (neuromuscular), aphrodisiac, expectorant, anthelminthic, antibacterial (variable).

• In general, deeper the color and larger the capsule higher the grade. Our Expertise is in sourcing 6 7mm, 7 8mm and 8mm bold grades.
