Lamb meat caracass

We are interested  to import Hallal Chilled Lamb carcas a qty of 500 Ton per month on regular basis  , Please provide us more info
so  we need to verify the  lamb meat  offered is 100 % comply with the following.

_Characteristics:

The high-quality fresh sheep carcasses with a maximum age of 18 months.
whole sheep (male lamb)

* In the form of 2 teeth from an ascending tooth, 4 teeth
*In other hands 2 central incisors of sheep, 6 temporary teeth,
2 molar teeth, 4 temporary teeth.
From sheep of a healthy flock in which no OIE notifiable disease has been recorded in the previous 12 months.
The meat should be cleaned and slaughtered according to Islamic customs and the weight of each carcass should be 18-24 kg.

_Exceptions:
Blood clots and meat covered in or stained with blood should be removed.
The meat permeated with blood to be removed.
The tendons to be removed.
The fat tail to be Remove.

_Packing:

The carcasses should be wrapped in plastic bags before being transferred to the chillers.

Each carcass must be individually wrapped in plastic shrouds.
