Pistachio Nuts

Our Pistachios are from the Sanliurfa and Gazientep regions in Turkey. Pistachio is a member of the Cashew family. Although referred to as nuts, they are actually the seed of the Pistachio tree.

We harvest by machine so the nuts never hit the ground, therefore prevents bacterial contamination to a large degree.

Pistachios are a great source of healthy fats, fiber, protein, antioxidants, many nutrients including Vit B6 & Thiamine. Pistachios are believed to have positive benefits to Cardiovascular health, stabilizing blood sugar and blood pressure and lowering cholesterol levels.

Pistachios are a healthy snack option either raw or roasted. Health snack bars often include this versatile product. Culinary uses are numerous from fragrant pale green ice cream to baking to pistachio butter/
