We ship fishes through FedEx 2day Shipping.

Fishes will be shipped in breather bag insulated with Styrofoam.

MY LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTY & DOA POLICY (Please read our DOA policy below before placing an order)

1. We guarantee LIVE arrival of our fish.  

2. In the unlikely event of dead on arrival, two clear photos of unopened breather bag are required within 2 hours of arrival, refund will be issued for the dead. Shipping fees are not refundable.

3. Shipping charges are not covered by our DOA policy
