Our company is one of the leading suppliers of dry lemon, Sesames, and banana products in Africa and Middle East countries, with main offices in Mogadishu, Hargeisa and Dubai. Citrus Fruit Production

We have our own farms and experience for more than 30 years of agricultural in Somalia. We produce different kinds of fruits mainly Citrus and Bananas, as we are Organic farmers and we do not use any synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. All kinds of agricultural products are produced organically, including grains, sesames, citrus and Bananas. Our processing for these products has the essential characteristics of organic systems include: design and implementation of an organic system plan that describes the practices used in producing crops and livestock products.

The secret to growing highly productive citrus trees is to select the right type of citrus tree for a particular climate and/or soil. Applying advanced pruning techniques developed by Tree Plantation to increase citrus production. Tree Plantation growing and pruning methods not only increases fruiting but also saves water, space and lowers operating costs for the small grower. How we process? As Somalia is one of the tropical countries the temperature raise about 38C with the help of sun, we dry the lemons before we load them into sacks. This process takes 40 to 60 days depending on the weather. For the raining season we wait for 90 days to make sure the lemons dry completely. Then we export our dry lemon to the United Arab Emirates and supply Middle East markets from there.

Somalia was once among the African-Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries that traditionally exports fruits to Europe and the rest of the world as farmers we are on mission of helping Somali fruits stage a comeback to the world market. Now we have ready market for our lime products. We supply Middle East market and our prices are very competitive. We offer high-quality oranges that have been properly dried and we are now eyeing to expand into Europe.
