Cacao

We are a vertically integrated cacao supply chains selling  award winning premium organic cacao beans. our beans, which produce a riot of aroma, are a mixture of Amazon and Trinitario. 

 Our farmers are recruited upon their commitment not to employ any  pesticide or chemical fertilizers on their farms.  

Our cacao complies with stipulated East Africa ISO standards and in addition we can confirm the following. 

our cacao  beans shall be:

 a) reasonably free from broken beans, fragments, and pieces of shell;

 b) characteristics of the variety; 

c) clean, free of any visible foreign matter

 d) sound, reasonably free from germinated beans, free of defect and shall not be adulterated; e) practically uniform in size and colour; 

f) free from bean clusters and practically free from double bean; g) free of any foreign smell and/or off odour; and 

h) free from insect-damaged and/or infested bean 

NB: 

• - Moisture content; m/m, %, max 7.5
• - Foreign matter m/m, %, max 0.75 
• - Premium size beans ≤ 90
