Beetroots

After learning that Beetroots have a lot of health benefits to include detoxification of blood and plays a major role in controlling and minimizing major illnesses like diabetes and high blood pressure, coupled with the fact that our environment is generally polluted and that currently there is a generalised increase of such conditions,  i was moved to participate in growing beetroots in order to assist the population in the prevention and control and even improve the quality of health and thus living. 

My first produce is ready for harvesting. They are very fresh, nutritious, healthy beetroots in my farm at Bomet county in Kenya.
